Account Recovery

If you having a problem logging into BBM, you can use the 'Account Recovery' feature. Please follow these steps recover your account:

  1. From the Sign In page, input your phone number and clicks 'Next' to continue.

  2. On the verification code page, click "Get help logging in".

  3. You'll be asked to input your phone number again or you can use an email address then click ‘Continue’.

  4. Please input your BBM PIN (must be between 6-8 alphanumeric characters), such as E4D7BBxx then click ‘Continue’.

  5. Please input your name, click "Next" to continue.

  6. Answer the questions: "Which country where you last used BBM?" by choosing the country that provided and click "Next" to continue.

  7. Answer the questions: "When was the last time you used BBM?" by choosing month and year form the option provided and click "Next" to continue.

  8. Once finished, click "Continue".

  9. You'll be asked to enter a new phone number or new email address for recovery, then click 'Continue' button.


  10. Fill in the 'Verification Code' that sent to your new phone number or new email address.

  11. Submit your ID by uploading the file. Once finished, click ‘Continue’ to finish the recovery account process and your request will be ready to be reviewed by BBM.
